Trapper Jacks Sponsors the Cerritos Workshop

Target Specialty Products held their Cerritos Workshop on March 18th, and the event was packed with pest control management professionals who wanted the latest information from a great list of speakers.
The first speaker was Nick Grisafe, with Syngenta, and he gave a great talk on “Ant Control Strategies & Methods in the Face of Every Changing Legislation”.
Next up was Brittany Campbell, Ph.D, with Control Solutions Inc. She discussed many new ideas on how to control cockroach infestations in homes, businesses, and restaurants. The world of cockroach control is ever changing, and her information was invaluable to anyone who is serious about solving this problem.
Josh Shoemaker, who is a pest control consultant, gave a talk on “Laws & Regs for PMP’s Working In Multi-Unit Housing”. This is valuable information that everyone in the pest control industry needs to know.
MGK’s Ryan Neff Ph.D, gave a talk on “Mosquito Control Done Right!”. Mosquitoes are a growing problem, and anyone who works in this field benefitted from what he taught us.
Next up was Carlos Montejano, with Douglas Products. His discussion was on how to prepare homes and businesses for the fumigation process.
Flies are a nasty subject, and it is good that this talk was done after lunch because everyone would have lost their appetite. Javier Ramos, with Nisus, went over this subject in great detail, and showed many “nasty” slides to prove his points.
They saved the best talk for last. Sylvia Kenmuir, with BASF, gave a talk on the “Rat Race Endgame: Regulatory Update & Equipping Your Rodent Management Toolbox”. The ways that pest management professionals control rodents are changing, especially in California. What she taught everyone was extremely valuable in helping us meet this challenge.
Trapper Jacks is proud to support Target’s Cerritos Workshop. Pest management professionals need to be kept up to date with the latest information, and their workshop is one of the best go-to sources.
